感謝信的格式及范文

　　在日常生活和工作中，得到對方的幫助和支持，可用這種文體表示“感謝”。它與表揚信有許多相似之處，所不同的是感謝信也有表揚信的意思，但是重點在感謝。以下是感謝信的格式及范文，歡迎閱讀!

　　感謝信的格式

　　第一行的正中用較大的字體寫上“感謝信”三個字。如果寫給個人，這三個字可以不寫。有的還在“感謝信”的前邊加上一個定語，說明是因為什么事情、寫給誰的感謝信。

　　第二行頂格寫對方單位名稱或個人姓名，姓名后面可以加適當的稱呼，如“同志”“師傅”“先生”等，稱呼后用冒號。如果感謝對象比較多，可以把感謝對象放在正文中間提出。

　　第三行空兩格起寫正文。這一部分要寫清楚對方在什么時間，什么地點，由于什么原因，做了什么好事，對自己或單位有什么支持和幫助，事情有什么好的`結果和影響。還要寫清楚從中表現了對方哪些好思想、好品德、好風格。最后表示自己或所在單位向對方學習的態(tài)度和決心。

　　正文寫好了，另起一行空兩格(也可以緊接正文)寫上“此致”，換一行頂格寫上“敬禮”。

　　最后再換一行，在右半行署上單位名稱或者個人姓名。在署名的下邊寫上發(fā)信的日期。

　　on both a professional and a personal level, i really appreciated the time that the two of us were able to spend together for fun and reflection during conference down times. i certainly learned a lot about the unique aspects of aviation operation in your part of the world (not to mention the things you taught me about the backhand on the squash court!)
