中餐禮儀
入席就坐
1.應(yīng)等長(zhǎng)者坐定后,方可入坐。
2.席上如有女士,應(yīng)等女士坐定后,方可入座。如女士座位在隔鄰,應(yīng)招呼女士。
3.用餐后,須等男、女主人離席后,其他賓客方可離席。
4.坐姿要端正,與餐桌的距離保持得宜。
5.離席時(shí),應(yīng)幫助隔座長(zhǎng)者或女士拖拉座椅。
就餐
1.入座后姿式端正,腳踏在本人座位下,不可任意伸直,手肘不得靠桌緣或?qū)⑹址旁卩徸伪成稀?/p>
2.用餐時(shí)須溫文而雅,從容安靜,不能急躁。
3.在餐桌上不能只顧自己,也要關(guān)心別人,尤其要招呼兩側(cè)的女賓。
4.口內(nèi)有食物,應(yīng)避免說話。
5.自用餐具不可伸入公用餐盤夾取菜肴。
6.必須小口進(jìn)食,不要大口地塞,食物未咽下,不能再塞入口。
7.取菜舀湯,應(yīng)使用公筷公匙。
8.吃進(jìn)口的東西,不能吐出來,如系滾燙的食物,可喝水或果汁沖涼。
9.送食物入口時(shí),兩肘應(yīng)向內(nèi)靠,不直向兩旁張開,碰及鄰座。
10.切忌用手指掏牙,應(yīng)用牙簽,并以手或手帕遮掩。
11.避免在餐桌上咳嗽、打噴嚏、嘔氣。萬一不禁,應(yīng)說聲"對(duì)不起"。
12.在餐廳進(jìn)餐,不能搶著付賬,推拉爭(zhēng)付,甚為不雅。未征得朋友同意,亦不宜代友付賬。
西餐禮儀
餐巾擺放
餐巾不僅要擺在腿上,還應(yīng)該注意將其對(duì)折,并將折痕靠近自己,中途暫時(shí)離席時(shí)應(yīng)該將餐巾放在椅子或用刀叉壓著餐巾一角任其垂下,絕對(duì)不要將其掛在椅背上或放回餐桌上。
刀叉
西餐的基本使用原則是左手拿叉,右手持刀或湯匙,若有兩把以上,應(yīng)有最外面的一把依次向內(nèi)取用。刀叉的拿法是輕握尾端,食指按在刀柄上。讓吃則用握筆的方式拿即可。如果感覺不方便,也可以換右手拿叉。
用餐
向自己的盤中取食物時(shí),一定要用雙手。不要只用一只叉子將食物叉到盤中了事,那是極不禮貌的。
湯很熱也絕不可以用嘴吹氣。舀第一匙的作用就是"探熱",一般不要舀太滿。湯匙要由內(nèi)向外舀,湯剩下不多時(shí)可以將湯盤輕輕向外傾斜。
