  前幾天過去的時候不是被他說數(shù)學成績了嗎?但后來他還是會叫我過去她那里吃他很珍惜的,從家里寄過來的,自家做的番薯干。當時和我一起在辦公室的,還有另外兩個同學,但是他只叫我一個人過去。

  我過去之后才知道他是要叫我吃。我就說他說那我還有兩個朋友在,他沒有叫他們吃,我怎么好意思自己一個人?然后他才反應過來說哦,大家一起過來吃啊,來排隊買一個個過來,然后就召喚他們過來?驗閲I氣了,所以就沒有過去。另一個朋友還不知道發(fā)生了什么事,所以很老實的`就走過去了,但是過去之后他沒有吃。數(shù)學老師說不給他面子啊,他在說這句話的時候,我的手已經(jīng)伸進去拿吃了。

  我為了緩解數(shù)學老師的尷尬,我說就只有我厚臉皮了,他說沒事,他們都知道,哈哈。

  就是這樣,能開玩笑的老師,相處起來也很舒適,同時也很關注我們的成長,畢竟我在朋友圈發(fā)什么他覺得有必要關注一下,有必要找我談一談的,他都會來找我聊天,所以也是一種溫暖的存在!

  第一節(jié)課的時候,我們大家都很好奇,秦老師上起課來是什么樣子呢?帶著這個疑問我們的'語文課開始了……秦老師上課嚴肅但不失風趣,不知不覺一堂課過去了。()下課了,有幾個同學被叫到辦公室,老師問了他們的學習情況,并叫同學們可以給她提提意見。就這樣幾天下來班上有好多同學都成了秦老師的好朋友。

  如果說這點原因是客觀存在,那么學生主觀原因所犯的錯誤就更多啦。因為在家就像“小皇帝”、“小公主”一樣,可是到了學校就要被老師嚴格管教,心里就不服氣,就開始不尊重老師,甚至罵老師?墒亲鳛閷W生就沒有想到,有什么問題可以主動找老師交流、溝通,老師要顧及那么多的學生,不可能像自己的'家長一樣,注意力全在一個人身上,所以學生要學會主動找老師溝通。

  當然,學生也需要老師的理解,都說“理解萬歲”,學生和老師之間也一樣,互相理解才能坦誠相待。學生也知道老師是望子成龍心切,但這不能成為老師體罰、辱罵學生的理由,面對這樣的老師,學生不服氣,還可能以不學習相對抗,這也是師生之間產(chǎn)生代溝的原因。
