Internet is an international computer network connecting other networks and computers from companies, universities, etc. At present, Internet become a useful assistant for us. However, every coin has two sides , the Internet also has its own advantages and disadvantages.
On one hand, we benefit a lot from computers. We live in a message explosion times, we only need to sit in front of a computer or any other network terminal, to konw the latest things or to check any thing you don't know. The internet also help us save a lot of time. The message was transfered so fast and so vivid that we don't have to walk out or have a face to face meet to resolve some business. We can also make friends by internet.
On the other hand, the explosion messages were pushed to us whether you need it or not. So we have to spend a lot of time to figure out which one is a useful. We don't have to have a face to face talk most time, so we feel lonely and sometimes. More and more teenagers are addicted to virtual world and they all play computer games everyday they want, leading to a terrible result. The worst respect is that it grudually eat our health. We sit more and walk less, that caused backbone disease. The computer radiation affect our body, and so many disease are caused by it.
Even though the usage of Internet has both positive and negative effect to me, I still consider Internet is a symbol of technology development. I believe I can use the Internet very well as long as I know how to control myself.

隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在中國(guó)的普及，中國(guó)人對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的依賴性越來(lái)越大，網(wǎng)絡(luò)縮小了人與人之間的距離，而且還在不知不覺(jué)中改變著人們的觀念和生活方式�？萍嫉陌l(fā)展使網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物成為當(dāng)今時(shí)代的寵兒，網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物滿足消費(fèi)者足不出戶的要求，價(jià)位低、選擇多、款式新成為拉動(dòng)消費(fèi)的動(dòng)力;網(wǎng)絡(luò)商場(chǎng)包羅萬(wàn)象，商品種類繁多，購(gòu)買方便快捷，向消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)散發(fā)著難以抵擋的誘惑。但是，種種諸如支付寶安全、交易誠(chéng)信、貨品質(zhì)量、配送服務(wù)等問(wèn)題層出不窮。本人就網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物問(wèn)題展開了調(diào)查，探討網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物的利與弊。
一、調(diào)查的情況
(一)網(wǎng)購(gòu)人群比例：74%的網(wǎng)購(gòu)消費(fèi)者處于18-38年齡階段， 18歲以下的占13%。
(二)網(wǎng)購(gòu)市場(chǎng)規(guī)模：達(dá)到4980億元，網(wǎng)購(gòu)人數(shù)約為1.85億。
(三)網(wǎng)購(gòu)覆蓋城市：全國(guó)
(四)網(wǎng)購(gòu)選擇網(wǎng)站：淘寶網(wǎng)占70.8%，其它網(wǎng)站低于淘寶。
(五)網(wǎng)購(gòu)滿意度：三分之二消費(fèi)者認(rèn)為產(chǎn)品差不多。
二、消費(fèi)者網(wǎng)購(gòu)的利與弊——利：
第一,網(wǎng)絡(luò)商品種類多。它包含各種產(chǎn)品，在傳統(tǒng)商店中，無(wú)論其店鋪空間有多大，它所能容納的商品都是有限的，而對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)說(shuō)，它是商品的展示平臺(tái)，是一種虛擬的空間，只要有商品，就可以通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行展示，可以把各類知名品牌全部展示在上面，供消費(fèi)者隨意選購(gòu)。
第二,購(gòu)物方便。傳統(tǒng)購(gòu)物方式是在門市或大超市里.有營(yíng)業(yè)時(shí)間的限制,要消費(fèi)者親自前去購(gòu)物,網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物方式要靈活的多，客戶可以24小時(shí)隨時(shí)購(gòu)買你所要的商品，網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物沒(méi)有地域性，不需要出門只需要客戶在家里打開網(wǎng)站，點(diǎn)擊鼠標(biāo)就可以輕松購(gòu)物，而且賣家負(fù)責(zé)送貨上門，在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)就可以完成。并且可以獲得較大量的商品信息，可以買到當(dāng)?shù)貨](méi)有的商品。而傳統(tǒng)的購(gòu)物形式需要奔波與多家商店之間，給客戶增加了大量的時(shí)間人力物力財(cái)力的消耗。 第三,網(wǎng)上商品價(jià)格相對(duì)較低。網(wǎng)上的商品與傳統(tǒng)商場(chǎng)相比相對(duì)便宜，因?yàn)榫W(wǎng)絡(luò)可以省去很多傳統(tǒng)商場(chǎng)無(wú)法省去的相關(guān)費(fèi)用，所以商品的附加費(fèi)用很低，商品的價(jià)格也就低了。

綜上可以看出，網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物突破了傳統(tǒng)購(gòu)物的障礙，無(wú)論對(duì)消費(fèi)者、企業(yè)還是市場(chǎng)都有著巨大的吸引力和影響力，在新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期無(wú)疑是達(dá)到“多贏”效果的理想模式。
網(wǎng)購(gòu)弊端:
第一，交易對(duì)象認(rèn)定的模糊性。明確交易對(duì)象對(duì)于消費(fèi)者來(lái)說(shuō)是非常重要的事情，這關(guān)系到法律責(zé)任的承擔(dān)問(wèn)題。在傳統(tǒng)購(gòu)物環(huán)境下交易對(duì)象非常明確，商店里掛的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照就表明了經(jīng)營(yíng)者的身份。一旦出了問(wèn)題可以直接到原購(gòu)物地點(diǎn)追究責(zé)任。但是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下，消費(fèi)者只有通過(guò)經(jīng)營(yíng)者網(wǎng)站中提供的信息了解對(duì)方，但是至于信息是否真實(shí)、對(duì)方到底是誰(shuí)根本不清楚。 第二，商品信息描述不清。由于購(gòu)買者對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的商品的了解只能通過(guò)圖片和文描述來(lái)完成，而有些商品的描述語(yǔ)言模棱兩可，容易使人對(duì)商品的認(rèn)識(shí)產(chǎn)生歧異。當(dāng)購(gòu)買者根據(jù)自己的理解完成網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物交易，拿到商品后，會(huì)投訴商品與自己訂購(gòu)的不一致。與傳統(tǒng)購(gòu)物相比，網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物退換商品是一件相對(duì)麻煩和有成本風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的事情。
第三，收貨太慢。盡管現(xiàn)在比以前的郵寄快了很多，但有時(shí)購(gòu)買者還是要等上幾天，而且有態(tài)度極差的快遞公司，送一個(gè)快遞需要大半個(gè)月的時(shí)間，耽誤買者的寶貴時(shí)間。
第四，給消費(fèi)者造成的問(wèn)題：除了吃飯睡覺(jué)，幾乎都守在電腦旁邊，腰酸腿疼;沒(méi)事就去淘寶，每買一樣?xùn)|西都要不停地比較，眼睛酸脹;幾乎每天都要買點(diǎn)東西，不然就會(huì)覺(jué)得手癢心癢，存款數(shù)額則直線下降。
第五，退貨困難。網(wǎng)上購(gòu)得的貨物想要退掉并不是件容易的事，經(jīng)營(yíng)者往往找種種理由拒絕退貨。有時(shí)甚至直接在格式合同中明文規(guī)定某些商品不得退貨。對(duì)于在退貨范圍內(nèi)的商品，通過(guò)經(jīng)營(yíng)者的規(guī)定看也根本無(wú)法退換。
第六，網(wǎng)上欺詐與虛假?gòu)V告。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)使得某些商家可通過(guò)匿名的方式躲避調(diào)查，利用監(jiān)管難度大、隱蔽性強(qiáng)、傳播快的特點(diǎn)侵犯消費(fèi)者的權(quán)益而為自己牟利。
第七，售后服務(wù)差。有時(shí)網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物的售后服務(wù)較差，有時(shí)商品出了問(wèn)題經(jīng)營(yíng)者能推則推，就算有售后服務(wù)也只是表面應(yīng)付一下，許多問(wèn)題根本得不到實(shí)質(zhì)解決。
第八，泄露隱私權(quán)。這個(gè)問(wèn)題是現(xiàn)在大家廣泛關(guān)注的問(wèn)題，也是挑戰(zhàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的主要大敵。一些商家為了擴(kuò)大銷售額，不惜將以前消費(fèi)者的信息建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，根據(jù)其經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、上網(wǎng)習(xí)慣等不停轟炸消費(fèi)者的郵箱以推銷自己的產(chǎn)品;更有甚者，為了眼前的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益將消費(fèi)者的信息賣給他人。此外，消費(fèi)者的信用卡賬號(hào)、密碼被篡改、被盜也是常有的事。所有這些問(wèn)題如果不能及時(shí)有效地解決，肯定會(huì)制約未來(lái)網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
第九，付款不安全。雖然現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)上銀行很方便，但是從技術(shù)角度來(lái)說(shuō)，目前部分網(wǎng)銀仍采用靜態(tài)密碼的.方式，很容易被“木馬”等病毒跟蹤到，存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。最近，銀行紛紛關(guān)注網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物的安全性問(wèn)題，而沸沸揚(yáng)揚(yáng)的賬戶被盜用事件中，也有不少用戶深受其害。
三、對(duì)網(wǎng)購(gòu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范的幾點(diǎn)建議

第四，加強(qiáng)信用保障和支付安全。首先,急需建立個(gè)人和企業(yè)完善的誠(chéng)信體系和誠(chéng)信查詢制度,以實(shí)現(xiàn)在可靠性基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的虛擬化交易。在登記身份的前提下開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易活動(dòng),對(duì)主體的行為產(chǎn)生一種監(jiān)督力量。其次,盡快建立我國(guó)統(tǒng)一的網(wǎng)上支付清算體系,加快我國(guó)網(wǎng)上支付工具的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用,打擊網(wǎng)上金融犯罪行為、維護(hù)網(wǎng)上支付的正常秩序。再者,支付安全是網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物發(fā)展面臨的首要問(wèn)題。從而確保消費(fèi)者更加放心的進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物。

網(wǎng)購(gòu)的弊端在于物品的`包裝產(chǎn)生的垃圾，易碎的物品包裝更加復(fù)雜，這就導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生各種各樣的塑料垃圾，嚴(yán)重的污染環(huán)境。網(wǎng)購(gòu)商品質(zhì)量也是參差不齊，經(jīng)常有網(wǎng)友上當(dāng)受騙的事情發(fā)生，所以，網(wǎng)絡(luò)便利了我們生活的同時(shí)，我們也要擦亮眼睛，避免上當(dāng)受騙。過(guò)度的依賴網(wǎng)購(gòu)也會(huì)使人們產(chǎn)生不現(xiàn)實(shí)感，漸漸的脫離社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)，不擅長(zhǎng)社交的人更加的封閉自己，喪失了語(yǔ)言交流能力。
所以，最后總結(jié)就是網(wǎng)絡(luò)便利了我們的生活，但是我們不能過(guò)度的依賴，合理的利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)，才會(huì)使社會(huì)進(jìn)步。

Now many of my classmates like to surf the Internet in their free time. I think Internet can bring us both advantages and disadvantages.
For example，if I have some trouble studying，I can surf the internet to find more helpful information. And I can make more friends on it. Some of my classmates say they feel happy when they talk with more friends with many similar hobbies. However, Internet can make some problems at the same time. If you spend too much time on it ,
