例句：
I called him to the door.
我把他叫到門口。
The teacher called me into his office.
老師把我叫進他的辦公室。
注：call偶爾也可接由動詞不定式充當(dāng)補足語的復(fù)合賓語。call接復(fù)合賓語時,如賓語為動詞不定式或動名詞,而其補足語為形容詞或名詞時,則須以it置于賓語位置上充當(dāng)形式賓語,而把真正的賓語置于其補足語之后。

1、call at
表示“拜訪;�？俊�，后面主要接拜訪或停靠的地點。
例句：
I shall call at his home tomorrow.
我明天要到他家里拜訪。
The ship called at several ports between Dalian and Shanghai.

2、call on
表示“號召;拜訪”，后面主要接號召或拜訪的'對象(一般指人)。
例句：
He called on the workers to fight for their rights.
他號召工人為爭取自己的權(quán)利而斗爭。
I'd like to call on you this Sunday.

3、call up
表示“打電話;使想起;征召”。
例句：
She called up a friend just for a chat.
她打電話給一個朋友，只是要聊聊天。
He was called up at the beginning of the war.
戰(zhàn)爭開始時他就被征召入伍了。
4、call off
表示“取消”。
例句：
They wanted to get us to call off the strike.

5、call for
表示“需要;要求”。
例句：
The negotiations will call for considerable dexterity.
