Good morning, everyone. My name is . It is really a great honor to have this opportunity for an interview. I would like to introduce myself from 5 parts, basic information, my hobbies, my character, some experience and my dream. Of course I hope to make a good performance today, I know everybody here is excellent, and I feel some pressure.
Now I will start, I am years old, born in , province, and I am a sophomore who major in communication engineering.
My character ? I can’t describe it well, but I know I am optimistic and confident. Sometimes I prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music or watching films, but I am not lonely, I like to chat and hang out with friends, I really enjoy much happiness with my friends, and I appreciate them of that happiness.
I fell in deep love with national chess since last semester, and I almost play it everyday in my pastime in QQ game. Now I can say that I play chess a little well. Except this, I love to reading detective novel, I always get addicted to those tight logic references, its fabulous. And my model is Sherlock Holmes, he can always judge fact from the most slight appearances and infer the whole progress of the case. my another idol is Lightman in the movie called Lie to Me. Those theory about microexpression always amaze me deeply. I know we need to do physical exercise to keep fit, my hobbies in exercise is table tennis which I play much in high middle school , and now I play badminton the most time I do exercise .I also studied yoga and I love that and I can do good ,it should owe to that I am born with a good flexibility.
I can always master my study well since elementary school. A great desire or say love to drive me to study on my own. I am a left-behind child, except to take care of myself I need also to care for my younger brother. But I know my parents love us so much, they work hard to support this family, I appreciate their love and will owe my independence to them. In the past two years in the university, I am a little blank, I have no idea about which road I should choose after I graduated. But after the strugglement, I know where my road is. Thanks to my dream and my special love one, I want to further my study abroad. I know it’s such an difficult thing for me, my family is not rich, which can bear the expense fee abroad, but I don’t want to give my dreams up idol in IT area is the leader of Aigo whose name is FengJun.I admire him for his couragement and that the products from his company is excellent and with Chinese characteristics.
This exchange program is a great opportunity for me, I am confident in that I can manage it ,go along with the malaysia student, introduce our country culture ,college culture. 這是我第一次經(jīng)歷社會(huì)實(shí)踐。對(duì)于一個(gè)大學(xué)生生而言的，敢于接受挑戰(zhàn)是一種基本的素質(zhì)。雖天氣嚴(yán)寒，寒風(fēng)呼嘯，我毅然踏上了社會(huì)實(shí)踐的道路。想通過(guò)親身體驗(yàn)社會(huì)實(shí)踐讓自己更進(jìn)一步了解社會(huì)，在實(shí)踐中增長(zhǎng)見識(shí)，鍛煉自己的才干，培養(yǎng)自己的韌性，想通過(guò)社會(huì)實(shí)踐，找出自己的不足和差距所在。
在現(xiàn)今社會(huì)，就業(yè)問題就似乎總是圍繞在我們的身邊，成了說(shuō)不完的話題。招聘會(huì)上的大字報(bào)都總寫著“有經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先”，可還在校園里面的我們這班學(xué)子社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)又會(huì)擁有多少呢?為了拓展自身的知識(shí)面，擴(kuò)大與社會(huì)的接觸面，增加個(gè)人在社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，鍛煉和提高自己的能力，以便在以后畢業(yè)后能真正真正走入社會(huì)，能夠適應(yīng)國(guó)內(nèi)外的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的變化，并且能夠在生活和工作中很好的地處理各方面的問題，開始了我這個(gè)假期的社會(huì)實(shí)踐。實(shí)踐，就是把我們?cè)趯W(xué)校所學(xué)的理論知識(shí)，運(yùn)用到客觀實(shí)際中去，使自己所學(xué)的理論知識(shí)有用武之地。只學(xué)不實(shí)踐，那么所學(xué)的就等于零。理論應(yīng)該與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合。另一方面，實(shí)踐可為以后找工作打基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)這段時(shí)間的實(shí)習(xí)，學(xué)到一些在學(xué)校里學(xué)不到的東西。因?yàn)榄h(huán)境的不同，接觸的人與事不同，從中所學(xué)的東西自然就不一樣了。要學(xué)會(huì)從實(shí)踐中學(xué)習(xí)，從學(xué)習(xí)中實(shí)踐。
正所謂“不以規(guī)矩不能成方圓”。超市作為一個(gè)經(jīng)營(yíng)單位，自然有自己的規(guī)矩。例如不許篡位，不許隨意換崗，不許隨意閑逸聊天等等。像我，是負(fù)責(zé)在食品區(qū)的巧克力區(qū)站崗的，就不能跑去生活用品區(qū)，更不能與同崗位的同事無(wú)視客人而侃侃而談。在超市工作，必須有一個(gè)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)男呐c一份嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膽B(tài)度。首先，這就表現(xiàn)在嚴(yán)格固定的上班時(shí)間。我的上班時(shí)間是早上8點(diǎn)到中午12點(diǎn)半，晚上是7點(diǎn)到10點(diǎn)半。超市服務(wù)員的工作看似簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單地站站就可以了，但是，只有真正從事這份工作后才知其艱辛。早上必須一早起床，睡眼惺忪地就要開始到達(dá)上班地點(diǎn)站崗了，而且一站就是幾個(gè)小時(shí)，這樣一天站下來(lái)，腳都有點(diǎn)顫抖了，發(fā)軟了。唯一休息的時(shí)間，也就是上廁所的`時(shí)間。而且，作為一個(gè)合格的超市服務(wù)員，不能只是呆呆地站著，還必須適當(dāng)?shù)难a(bǔ)貨。貨架上的貨物被顧客買走了，貨架就有空位置了，這是，我們就得從倉(cāng)庫(kù)把同樣的產(chǎn)品拿來(lái)補(bǔ)到原來(lái)的位子上去。如果超市的顧客很多的話，不能只顧著補(bǔ)貨，要看著點(diǎn)的，防止小偷的偷竊行為。當(dāng)然，不是每時(shí)每刻都有貨上的。有時(shí)，貨架上的貨物都補(bǔ)齊了，人就比較閑，但是這個(gè)閑不能表現(xiàn)出來(lái)，必須找別的事情做的。超市是不允許養(yǎng)一個(gè)懶惰的員工的。所以，這個(gè)時(shí)候還得負(fù)責(zé)所在位置的清潔工作，要貨架與食物看起來(lái)時(shí)刻都那么地光鮮亮麗，這樣客人才有購(gòu)買欲。除此之外，員工還必須掌握所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的相關(guān)知識(shí)。比如我負(fù)責(zé)的是巧克力區(qū)，那么我就必須掌握巧克力的相關(guān)知識(shí)，包括熱量，價(jià)格，味道等等。顧客就是上帝，當(dāng)顧客問到相關(guān)問題時(shí)，我們就能答得上話，盡忠盡職了。
作為一個(gè)大學(xué)生，通過(guò)寒假打工我認(rèn)識(shí)到這是其參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的形式之一，也是勤工儉學(xué)的有效途徑;大學(xué)生打工是發(fā)展教育的需要，也是學(xué)生自身發(fā)展的需要的;而且大學(xué)生打工也可以增強(qiáng)自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。從學(xué)校教育的角度來(lái)看，大學(xué)生打工，可以在一定程度上彌補(bǔ)我國(guó)現(xiàn)行大學(xué)教育體系中書本知識(shí)與社會(huì)實(shí)踐嚴(yán)重脫節(jié)的缺陷，提高大學(xué)生的社會(huì)實(shí)踐能力，增加大學(xué)生的社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，訓(xùn)練大學(xué)生的實(shí)際社交能力和自我保護(hù)能力。
