20xx年我畢業(yè)于北華大學(xué)外語(yǔ)學(xué)院師范英語(yǔ)專業(yè)，四年的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)讓我掌握了扎實(shí)的語(yǔ)言功底。作為年輕教師，我從不敢懈怠，堅(jiān)持利用業(yè)余時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)，提高自身業(yè)務(wù)水平。通過(guò)一年的教學(xué)工作，我的教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)水平得到了很大的提升。今天，我競(jìng)聘的是高二年級(jí)理科英語(yǔ)教師，之所以競(jìng)聘這個(gè)崗位，基于以下三點(diǎn)原因：

三我有較好的年齡優(yōu)勢(shì)我正當(dāng)青春年華，精力旺盛，敬業(yè)精神高，能夠全身心地投入到自己熱愛的教學(xué)工作中去。這一點(diǎn)也深受學(xué)生喜愛。
為了趕上課改的步伐，我利用課余時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)了《英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，深入了解它的基本理念。其中強(qiáng)調(diào)教學(xué)要面向全體學(xué)生，注重素質(zhì)教育，特別強(qiáng)調(diào)要關(guān)注每個(gè)學(xué)生的情感，激發(fā)他們的興趣，幫助他們建立學(xué)習(xí)的成就感和自信心。所以在教學(xué)中，我始終以學(xué)生為中心，發(fā)揮他們的主體作用，采用以學(xué)生為中心的教學(xué)思路，充分考慮學(xué)生的現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)，興趣愛好，學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)格等差異。讓學(xué)生體驗(yàn)和積極參與，建構(gòu)知識(shí)，形成積極的態(tài)度，促進(jìn)語(yǔ)言實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力的提高。
假如我能夠通過(guò)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗，我打算從以下幾個(gè)方面改進(jìn)自己的教學(xué)工作，提高自己的教學(xué)水平。
一更加科學(xué)規(guī)范的做好日常教學(xué)工作，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況，在順應(yīng)課改潮流的前提下，認(rèn)真落實(shí)各項(xiàng)教學(xué)常規(guī)工作，確保教學(xué)質(zhì)量穩(wěn)中有升。
二加強(qiáng)個(gè)人修養(yǎng)，練好基本功。進(jìn)一步樹立自己強(qiáng)烈的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感，加強(qiáng)自己的`工作能力，努力調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，力爭(zhēng)在教學(xué)中體現(xiàn)實(shí)力，在工組中保持動(dòng)力，在創(chuàng)新中增加壓力，在與學(xué)生同事的交往中體現(xiàn)凝聚力。
三針對(duì)我校學(xué)生實(shí)際，分析學(xué)情，尤其對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)困生分析了成因：
1對(duì)英語(yǔ)不感興趣2錯(cuò)誤歸因：一些學(xué)生在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中遇到困難或失敗時(shí)，錯(cuò)誤地把原因歸結(jié)于自己的能力，認(rèn)為自己不是學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的材料，因此放棄嘗試和應(yīng)有的努力，聽之任之。3元認(rèn)知欠缺：有的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)無(wú)目標(biāo)，隨意性大；課上被動(dòng)地聽課，等待老師布置作業(yè)；遇到問(wèn)題時(shí)，不懂采用任何補(bǔ)救措施，這些都是元認(rèn)知的表現(xiàn)，也是造成學(xué)業(yè)不良的重要原因。
轉(zhuǎn)化學(xué)困生的具體措施：
1.培養(yǎng)興趣，正面激勵(lì)
困擾英語(yǔ)學(xué)困生的最根本原因是興趣和信心的問(wèn)題。所以，我們?cè)谵D(zhuǎn)化英語(yǔ)學(xué)困生的時(shí)侯，關(guān)鍵要找到他的興趣點(diǎn)，激發(fā)他的興趣，使他具有學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力。
2.確立目標(biāo)，激發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)
指導(dǎo)學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)和認(rèn)知水平確立學(xué)期目標(biāo)。這個(gè)目標(biāo)不能定的太高，必須是經(jīng)過(guò)努力可以達(dá)到的，并使他們認(rèn)識(shí)到這個(gè)目標(biāo)的最終實(shí)現(xiàn)需要以完成每天的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)為基礎(chǔ)。這些短期目標(biāo)是學(xué)困生日常學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力，可以防止他們?nèi)齑螋~兩天曬網(wǎng)。
3.指導(dǎo)策略，樹立信心
有計(jì)劃按步驟的指導(dǎo)他們學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)用合適的學(xué)習(xí)策略，提高英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)效率。
記單詞是學(xué)困生的最大困難，訓(xùn)練他們的單詞記憶策略。如
�。�1）拼讀策略。多數(shù)學(xué)困生習(xí)慣用機(jī)械重復(fù)的方法記單詞，這種方法費(fèi)時(shí)低效。英語(yǔ)單詞有90％是符合讀音規(guī)則的，根據(jù)讀音去記單詞，可以提高效率。
�。�2）分類組織策略。根據(jù)單詞的音形方面的特征進(jìn)行歸類記憶。如同音異義詞。
�。�3）詞綴策略。滲透英語(yǔ)單詞常見的前綴后綴。
希望通過(guò)以上措施能夠轉(zhuǎn)化學(xué)困生，提高他們的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)。
除此之外，我競(jìng)聘的是班主任。我深知，班主任是班集體的靈魂所在。……

When I was seven, my mother sent me to an English school. At there, I played games and sang English songs with other children . Then I discovered the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the English world.
Everyday, I read English following the tapes. Sometimes, I watch English cartoons.

In the American mind, change is seen as indisputably good, leading to development, improvement, progress. Many older, more traditional cultures consider change disruptive and destructive; they value stability, continuity, tradition, and ancient heritage - none of which are considered very important in the United States.
Time is of utmost importance to most Americans. It is something to be on, kept, filled, saved, used, spent, wasted, lost, gained, planned, given, even killed. Americans are more concerned with getting things accomplished on time than they are with developing interpersonal relations. Their lives seem controlled by the little machines they wear on their wrists, cutting their discussions off abruptly to make their next appointment on time. This philosophy has enabled Americans to be extremely productive, and productivity Is highly valued In their country.
Equality is so cherished in the U.S. that it is seen as having a religious basis. Americans believe that all people are created equal and that all should have an equal opportunity to succeed. This concept of equality is strange to seven-eighths of the world which views status and authority as desirable, even if they happen to be near the bottom of the social order. Since Americans like to treat foreigners "Just like anybody else", newcomers to the U.S. should realize that no insult or personal indignity is intended if they are treated in a lethan-deferential manner by waiters in restaurants, clerks in stores and hotels, taxi drivers, and other service personnel.
