The cartoon reflects an interesting and usual respect of daily life. However, from a deeper perspectives, it also reveals the gradual loss of traditional culture in modern society. What exactly contribute to this phenomenon ? Possible reasons could be listed as follows: for one thing, quite a few people, especially youngsters, hold that Chinese traditional culture is out-dated and of little use in modern society. Perhaps, from their perspective, traditional culture form the distant past can hardly adapt to or keep pace with the ever-changing new world.
