首先，就社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀而言，當(dāng)今的幼兒教師普遍都是女性，這就間接的影響到一些男孩的身心健康發(fā)展，從而缺少男性所特有的陽剛之氣而趨向于母性化。所以，大力發(fā)展男性幼師推廣父性教育是一項(xiàng)非常重要的工作。另外，我對(duì)幼教行業(yè)具有很大的興趣。

當(dāng)然，對(duì)于我從事幼教這個(gè)行業(yè)會(huì)有很多的困難，我自身也有很多的不足，我對(duì)特色教育的理解僅僅是我自己的一些粗淺的認(rèn)識(shí)，而且我缺乏工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，專業(yè)不對(duì)位。這些我都能夠清楚的看待，我相信我具有堅(jiān)定的意志，對(duì)于自身的`.不足，我會(huì)通過不懈的努力和在工作中的鍛煉、學(xué)習(xí)來彌補(bǔ)，從而提高自身能力不斷完善自我。對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)教育的改革，雖然我不會(huì)起到關(guān)鍵性的作用，但我也希望能貢獻(xiàn)出自己的一份力量，因?yàn)槲覒汛е鴮?duì)幼教事業(yè)的理想。
