我是號(hào)選手，來自鄒平魏橋鎮(zhèn)，今年24周歲，成為一名幼兒教師是我從小的夢想，為了自己的.夢想我一直不斷的努力著，20xx年第一次走進(jìn)幼兒園做了一名實(shí)習(xí)教師，在20xx年3月份順利的考入了集團(tuán)第二幼兒園，圓了自己做幼師的夢想!在職期間我對(duì)工作很認(rèn)真，責(zé)任心也很強(qiáng)同時(shí)讓我學(xué)到了很多的知識(shí)和寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我特別喜歡唱歌，很幸運(yùn)園長給了我教孩子唱歌的機(jī)會(huì)，在歌聲中讓我收獲了孩子個(gè)快樂和笑聲。因?yàn)閭�(gè)人的原因我離職了。現(xiàn)在我有了自己的寶寶，更能體會(huì)到每個(gè)家長愛孩子的心情，同時(shí)也讓我對(duì)孩子有了更多的耐心和愛心!

我曾經(jīng)在X幼兒園工作，在X幼兒園里先后在不同的崗位工作過，開始我從事工作，隨后因幼兒園需要到，有一定的工作實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在工作上取得一些的成績，同時(shí)也得到幼兒園的認(rèn)可。通過幾年的工作我學(xué)到了很多知識(shí)，同時(shí)還培養(yǎng)了我堅(jiān)韌不拔的意志和關(guān)愛幼兒的精神;而我感覺到我的工作熱情一直沒有被激發(fā)到最高，我熱愛我的工作，但每個(gè)人都是在不斷地尋求取得更好的成績，我的自我認(rèn)知讓我覺得貴幼兒園是一個(gè)正確的選擇，這些就堅(jiān)定了我
