在我自己身上就有一個(gè)十分深刻的教訓(xùn)——去年寒假，剛開始幾天，我天天出去玩兒，晚上是十二點(diǎn)多才睡覺，白天十點(diǎn)多才起來，生物鐘完全亂了套。直到看見家里的弟弟妹妹哥哥姐姐都早已寫好了作業(yè)，開開心心準(zhǔn)備過年時(shí)，我才發(fā)覺自己的作業(yè)從結(jié)業(yè)典禮拿回來直到現(xiàn)在連碰都還沒碰過呢!過年了，由于家里的親戚多，所以天天都要去別人家里拜年，忙得不可開交。其他人都其樂融融的過年，而我卻是提心吊膽，玩的不安心。距離開學(xué)的日子漸漸近了，終于臨時(shí)拜佛腳，粗枝大葉的完成了所有作業(yè)。唉，這樣不僅沒學(xué)到什么，還被老師家長(zhǎng)狠狠地批評(píng)了一頓。
如果當(dāng)時(shí)我有一個(gè)計(jì)劃就好了，每天都給自己“布置任務(wù)”，定時(shí)定量地完成，并且勞逸結(jié)合。不僅學(xué)的有效，過年也能安心的玩兒了。這可見有一個(gè)好的計(jì)劃是多么重要哇!每天幾點(diǎn)起、幾點(diǎn)睡;每天寫多少作業(yè)、背多少古詩;每天電腦電視娛樂多少分鐘、戶外活動(dòng)幾小時(shí)……
