　　Far and away the most important holiday in China is Spring Festival， also known as the Chinese New Year。 To the Chinese people it is as important as Christmas to people in the West。 the dates for this annual celebration are determined by the lunar calendar rather than the GREgorian calendar， so the timing of the holiday varies from late January to early February。

　　To the ordinary Chinese， the festival actually begins on the eve of the lunar New Year’s Day and ends on the fifth day of the first month of the lunar calendar。 But the 15th of the first month， which normally is called the Lantern Festival， means the official end of the Spring Festival in many parts of the country。

　　盼望著，盼望著，春節(jié)終于降臨了。早上，我睜開雙眼，朦朧地看見窗外的天空還灰蒙蒙的，想再睡一會兒。但一種忙碌的氣息使我打起了精神。我穿上嶄新的衣服，心里是無比的愉快。新的一天又開始了。

　　早上我掌廚

　　一大早起來，我本以為我是第一個起床的。想不到爸爸媽媽早起床了，他們正在拜菩薩�？匆娢襾砹耍瑡寢尵蛦栁以缟舷氤允裁�，我說吃桂花園子吧。媽媽從冰箱里拿出一包桂花園子。由于媽媽實在太忙了，就叫我自己燒。我想這可難不倒我，野炊時我可學了幾招。我把熱水放在鍋里，然后放在電磁爐上，一會兒，熱水沸騰起來，我把園子放下去，蓋上鍋蓋，幾分鐘后，園子浮起來了，還胖乎乎的，這說明熟了。我把園子盛起來，放上糖。哇，這就燒好了。我嘗了，還給媽媽長了一下，媽媽還說太好吃了！

　　新年討紅包

　　“新年到來，紅包拿來�！薄靶履昕鞓�！”在走向爺爺家的路上，我聽見好多人都在向長輩們討紅包，祝福他們�！岸＿��！睜敔敿业搅�，爺爺來開門，“新年到了，祝爺爺長命百歲！”我說�！耙沧Ｄ愫煤脤W習，天天向上。”爺爺笑著。我把右手一攤。爺爺一時還沒反應過來，但又馬上從口袋里掏出紅包給我。“謝謝爺爺！”我們待了一會兒，又到外公外婆家討紅包。

　　今天我的收益不少。我真高興，錢包鼓了。啊，春節(jié)真快樂，我愛春節(jié)！

　　Hope, look forward to, the Spring Festival has come at last. In the morning, I opened my eyes and misty the sky out of the window. I wanted to sleep for a while. But a busy breath brought me the spirit. It was a great pleasure to wear a new dress. The new day began again.

　　I am cooking

　　When I got up early in the morning, I thought I was the first to get up. I can't think of mom and dad getting up early. They are worshipping the Bodhisattva. When I saw me, my mother asked me what I wanted to eat in the morning, and I said I would eat the garden. Mother took out a bag of osmanthus garden from the fridge. Because my mother was so busy, I called myself to burn it. I think it's hard to fail me. I can learn a few tricks when I have a picnic. I put the water in the pot, and then put on the electromagnetic oven, while hot water boiling up, I put down the garden, covered with lid, a few minutes later, the garden of float, but also fat, which shows ripe. I put up the garden and put on the sugar. Wow, it's going to burn. I tasted it and gave my mother a long time. My mother said it was delicious!
