5月2日，我們一家人和約好的叔叔、阿姨，還有我的小伙伴，一起去了耕海人家。
到了那里，我就和我的好朋友張思凡聊了起來(lái)，過(guò)了一會(huì)兒，他的爸爸說(shuō)：“你們帶上杯子去捉螃蟹吧!”我們都異口同聲的答道：“好啊!”于是我們?nèi)ツ昧藘蓚�(gè)杯子，就下海去捉螃蟹了，我們邊找螃蟹她邊對(duì)我說(shuō)：“要把石頭搬起來(lái)，才能找到螃蟹�！庇谑俏曳_(kāi)了一塊比較大的石頭，一看，一對(duì)紫色鉗子，碧綠色的殼兒，一雙大大的眼睛，舉著它的鉗子，揮舞著，好像想夾我們一樣，于是我一下伸手捉住了它，它卻一下子夾住了我的手，我的手頓時(shí)流了很多血，這時(shí)我的好朋友張思凡趕緊把它的`一條腿抓住，放進(jìn)了杯子里，然后她就把我?guī)Щ亓孙埖暧脛?chuàng)可貼貼一下，可是，令人意想不到的是，在回飯店的時(shí)候，我的伙伴的腳不小心踩在了淤泥里，陷了下去拔都拔不起來(lái)，我說(shuō)：“你的腳慢慢的用力往上抬�！边^(guò)了一會(huì)她的腳終于掙脫了出來(lái)，可是鞋還在里面，“我來(lái)幫你!”我說(shuō)，于是，我就費(fèi)了九牛二虎之力才把她的鞋子拔了出來(lái)，然后我們兩個(gè)互相攙扶著回了飯店，我們休息了一會(huì)又跑下去了，我又搬開(kāi)一塊石頭，看見(jiàn)了一只螃蟹不大不小，但是跑得很快，我趕緊抓住了它的一條腿，放進(jìn)了杯子里，于是我跟她又抓了很多螃蟹、彈涂魚(yú)、還有一種很奇怪的蟹。
那里可真好玩兒啊!我覺(jué)得有點(diǎn)遺憾，因?yàn)槲抑辉谀抢镒×艘惶欤�沒(méi)玩夠，就回家了，所以下次，我還要到那里去玩。

After a while her feet finally broke out, but the shoes are still inside, "I can help you!" I said, so I took a tremendous effort to put her shoes out, then the two of US helped each other back to the hotel, we had a rest and went down. I took a stone, saw a small crab, but ran very fast, I quickly grabbed one of its legs, put into the cup, and I told her and caught a lot of crabs, mudskippers, and a strange crab.
It's so funny. I feel a little sorry, because I only stayed there for a day, and I didn't have enough to go home, so next time I will go there to play.

Nowadays, tourism has become the most powerful development industry in many countries. It meets the tourist demand and promotes socio-economic and cultural development. But, at the same time, it also produces a negative impact on environmental resources, and has caused serious environmental damage, led to the tourism resources gradually degraded or disappeared. what’s more, this crisis has also deeply related to social, cultural, economic and psychological and so on. For example, water pollution caused by sewage and solid waste, which emissions by the hotels and other tourist service facilities; the air pollution results from the excessive use of modern means of transport in tourism activities. Sustainable Tourism stressed the moderate development of tourism resources, and the intra-generational equity and intergenerational equity, based on the combination of immediate and long-term interests. It also emphasis on the protection of tourism resources and the environment, has become an inevitable choice for the development of tourism.
First，Strengthen tourism Eco-Environmental Protection. I believe that awareness of
protecting tourism environment can accelerate the growth of tourism. And this requires that people must be thoroughly the traditional values ,and improve the tourism developers、managers and tourists awareness of environmental protection, so as to promote the in-depth and sustained development of sustainable tourism.
Second ，setting up a specialized convention to regulate the development of sustainable tourism. International community should make special global environmental convention to deal with this question by drawing lessons from existing regional convention. This is the only effective legal measure to promote sustainable tourism development.
Finally, optimizing the structure of tourism industry. By this, We can promote the tourism development. In order to promote suitable development of tourist-area ,How to optimize
tourist-system is a very great task of tourism-study. Some eco-principles can provide useful ways and especial angels to the problem's settlement.
In addition , the trend of tourism and the market demand of tourism also are the important factors that influence the direction of the tourist resources exploration. Therefore, we must explore the tourist resources to meet market demand and keep up with the trend of tourism to promote tourism sustainable development.
Sustainable Tourism as an inevitable choice for the development of tourism, is a hot topic in tourism industry currently, and also will be the mainstream in the 21st century international
tourism. We shall bring up tourism as an important industry in China's national economy, properly protect and utilize our tourism resources and try to achieve sustainable tourism development.

I arrived in ShangHai at about 2 o'clock,and immediately took a No.5 bus to the sea area.The beautiful blue sea was so large that I couldn't see the other side of it.After getting off the bus,I went straight to the shore.Taking off my shoes,I put my feet into the water.The water was cool,and walking in the water was such a great joy that I didn't want to stop.Then I collected shells.When it got dark,I sat on the shore,watching the sea.The night scene was simply marvelous!
Finally I had to go back.It was an unforgettable day in my life.
