對試卷的評價與建議
英語測試對于提高教學質量起著有效的促進作用。通過測試一方面教師可以取得教學工作的信息反饋,另一方面,可以調動學生的學習積極性,使學生在今后的測試中不斷發(fā)揚成績,克服缺點,取得最佳效果。測試的重要性是顯而易見的,對試卷的評講就顯得尤為重要。介紹自己的基本情況
高質量的試卷評講會讓師生收益非淺。有效的評講,能讓老師更成功地總結教學經(jīng)驗,分析學生學習情況以改進教學,提高教學效率和教學效果。有效的評講,能讓學生找到自己的不足和改進學習的方法。
有效地評講英語試卷應該堅持三個原則:
一、評講的內容和細節(jié)必須由學生實情決定。學生才是課堂的主體,教師只是引導者。學生在測試中暴露了他們自己在英語各方面存在的問題或漏洞,學生有他們自己的難點和疑惑。教師具體該講什么和怎樣講必須根據(jù)學生的情況和特點來進行。對于學生普遍存在的難點,應該仔細分析,詳細評講。對于個別學生存在的難題,可以個別輔導,個別評講。
二、評講必須結合試卷特點。盡管都是英語測試,但不同階段,不同時間的測試試卷是有其自身的特點的。教師應該在認真分析和研究試卷的基礎上評講試卷,切不可千篇一律的對待各種英語試卷。試卷的評講步驟和時間長度都要根據(jù)試題的難度來定,當然必須結合學生實際。對于不同類別的試卷應該有不同的評講方式,對于試卷中的不同題型也應該用不同的方法。
三、評講時必須給予學生必要的反饋和消化的時間。英語課堂的師生互動性很強,即使是評講試卷也應如此。評講時切不可讓老師一個人唱獨角戲,其間必須穿插必要的互動和反饋。尤其在評講典型錯題時,有必要先讓學生自述答題思路,然后由老師根據(jù)學生的錯誤根源進行講解,最后讓學生再讀題目和正確的解答依據(jù)。學生始終是受教育的主體,教師切勿包辦一切。
簡而言之,評講試卷必須結合試卷的特點和學生的實際情況,切不可草率行事。 怎樣才能有效的評講英語試卷呢?
第一、認真了解和初步分析試卷。在評講前,教師有必要用自己教給學生的方法親自把試卷做一遍,以便確定試題的檢測范圍和感受試題的難度。在做題的過程中可以預測學生的難點,也可以根據(jù)學生所學內容,看看哪些題目超出了學生的學習范圍。當然,也可以檢閱試卷的不足,以便今后選擇并合理利用英語試卷。
第二、認真統(tǒng)計學生成績。在批閱完學生試卷后,認真統(tǒng)計學生的成績是很有必要的。統(tǒng)計的項目主要有:求出平均值和求出差距。在統(tǒng)計出平均成績后,可以參照其他班的情況分析,確定該班的成績位置。平均分較低,就說明該班的成績較差。如果平均分較高,那該班的整體情況就較好。另外,還要排列出全班考生中的最高分和最低分,找出二者之間的差距。差距越大,兩級分化就越嚴重,教學的難度就越大。在排列學生成績時,最好由高分到低分排列,找出中間位置考生的分數(shù),并把該成績列為全班成績的中位數(shù)。在評講試題時,要特別注意中位段的學生的反映和效果。
第三、根據(jù)學生的成績和分析情況,再次分析試卷,并做好學生的錯誤統(tǒng)計。在分析學生成績后,及時的看學生答題的錯誤率,從中找出學生的典型錯題。錯誤率較高的題目,就是要評講的重點部位。這部分題目,既是學生應該關注的,也是教師應該詳細評講的。在統(tǒng)計錯誤率后,教師應該耐心的查閱典型錯題,分析學生答錯的原因,反思自己教學上的不足。對于,教師很難作分析的題目,要及時與學生進行交流,然后再確定學生做錯的根源。 第四、認真耐心的評講試卷。在試卷發(fā)給學生之后,教師可以安排學生自主討論和簡單分析自己的試卷。教師最好要提示學生如何討論和分析。例如,要求學生發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的錯題,并盡力分析出錯題的知識類別:是賓語從句還是動詞不定式,還是動名詞或是其他的。
在學生分析錯誤類別后,可讓學生互相討論解答的方法或依據(jù)等,讓學生達到初步了解解答出錯的根源,并試著改正自己的錯誤。對于學生猜對的題目,也要要求學生誠實地標出來,一并作為錯題對待,設法杜絕學生答題的僥幸心理。在學生討論分析試卷后,教師就可以開始評講試卷了。對于學生錯誤率較高的試題,教師必須詳細的評講。評講時不光要書寫答題的根據(jù),還要多舉相關的例子,最終要讓學生能正確解答這些題和相似的試題。對于錯誤率較低的試題,蜻蜓點水般的評講就可以了。當然,這部分錯題的分析可以讓成績優(yōu)秀的學生來完成。既可以從分發(fā)揮優(yōu)生的能力,又能給其他學生提供鮮活的榜樣。最后,就要解答學生的疑問了。
在評講試題時,教師最好不要全部評講,而是留一些小的疑問給學生。這樣便于引導學生學會提問和思考。在教師評講了主要錯題之后,可以讓學生之間互相討論,讓他們嘗試相互探討相互學習。在討論和研究的過程中,激發(fā)學生學習的激情,啟發(fā)他們思考和解決問題。在學生提出疑問后及時有針對性地給予解答,并隨時肯定學生的質疑能力和探討精神。
