條件，“責(zé)任”則是我們工作的主觀定位和工作態(tài)度。現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)發(fā)展到了今天這樣的水平和階段，今天的人類活動(dòng)的前提往往也就是昨天的人類活動(dòng)的后果，而今天的人類活動(dòng)的后果則會(huì)成為明天的人類活動(dòng)的前提。從這個(gè)角度出發(fā)可以看到，我們這一代人如何對(duì)待自己肩上的責(zé)任，很大程度上將決定我們的后代還有沒有可供利用的'機(jī)遇，還是否承受得起降臨在他們頭上的挑戰(zhàn)。市第九次黨代會(huì)明確提出“必須更加注重提高發(fā)展質(zhì)量，更加注重優(yōu)化發(fā)展途徑，更加注重豐富發(fā)展內(nèi)涵，更加注重增強(qiáng)發(fā)展動(dòng)力”，我想也是出于對(duì)“機(jī)遇”、“挑戰(zhàn)”與“責(zé)任”之間關(guān)系的這樣一種深刻認(rèn)識(shí)。
一方面要在難得的機(jī)遇和嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)背景下認(rèn)識(shí)自己肩負(fù)的光榮使命和重大責(zé)任，另一方面要把這種光榮使命和重大責(zé)任本身也當(dāng)作特殊的挑戰(zhàn)和特殊的機(jī)遇。
