1. lead the team to achieve/over achieve sales and profit objectives.

2. ensure team delivers high standards of store and merchandise presentation while adhering to company merchandising principles.

3. to ensure the company promotional program is implemented as per the required standards so as to maximize sales.
確保公司促銷計劃及標準能夠嚴格執(zhí)行,以達到銷售最大化
4. to always explore and suggest opportunities to grow sales and profit within the operating framework of company
在營運框架內,提出并創(chuàng)造有效的提高銷售和利潤的方法和機會
5. ensure all company policies and procedures are followed. ensure the compliance of policies and procedures of local government.
確保公司政策與流程的良好執(zhí)行,確保當地法律法規(guī)的嚴格執(zhí)行
6. to ensure the highest level of customer service measured by mystery shopper score

任職資格
1.university / college degree holder

5年以上連鎖零售企業(yè)營運管理崗位工作經驗
3.good ability in organization and leadership, good team spirit
卓越的組織和領導能力,良好的團隊合作精神
4.ambitious, aggressive, interpersonal skills and sense of commerce and figure analysis
雄心勃勃的、辦事果斷,良好的溝通能力以及良好的商業(yè)意識、數字分析能力
5.good ability in planning, prevision and problems solving
較好的計劃、預見和解決問題能力

1、負責公司產品的.銷售及推廣;
2、根據市場營銷計劃,完成部門銷售指標;
3、開拓新市場,發(fā)展新客戶,增加產品銷售范圍;
4、負責轄區(qū)市場信息的收集及競爭對手的分析;
5、負責銷售區(qū)域內銷售活動的策劃和執(zhí)行,完成銷售任務;
6、管理維護客戶關系以及客戶間的長期戰(zhàn)略合作計劃。
