　　one day, mother said, “l(fā)ucy, your grandmother is ill, you take some apples to your grandmother.” lucy said, “ok!” a wolf was listening out side the door.the wolf went to the grandmother’s home. the wolf knocked at the door. grandmother said, “who is that?” “it’s little lucy.” grandmother said, “come in.” the wolf got into the house. grandmother found a wolf said, “ help!” then grandmother ran away. but the wolf did not chase lucy’s grandmother.

　　the wolf got into the bed and put on grandmother’s hat. then lucy came, she knocked the door. the wolf said, “who is that?” “it’s little lucy.” the wolf said, “come in.” lucy got into the house. she said, “grandmother, why are your ears so long? why are your eyes so big? why is your mouth so big?” when lucy was getting closer, she found out it was a wolf. she said, “help!” and ran out. lucy saw her father and said, “father, help, there is a wolf in the house!” father rushed into the house and killed the wolf with a knife. lucy’s father helps grandmother into the bed again.

　　bathed in so many worthy books, every one is faced with the option of reading method. some think that we should read etensively. it is their conviction that, reading etensively could easily enlarge knowledge, widen interests and enrich lives. on the other hand, with the sharp increase in information today, we are not allowed to read word by word. it seems an impossible mission to accomplish digesting carefully every material. therefore, what we need nowadays is to read etensively.

　　however, some people, on the contrary, hold the opposite point of view. in their eyes, we benefit much more from reading intensively. only by following every word are we able to comprehend the hidden meanings. besides, without intensive reading, we are likely to miss a good many wonderful epressions, thoughtful words and even truths. thus, they suggest chewing a book mouth by mouth rather than simply swallowing it at a time.

　　as far as i am concerned, we ought to learn to read etensively as well as intensively. it is not often possible, to read in merely one way. instead of trying to read every line and word in newspapers and magazine, wed better summarize the main idea. and when it comes to literature, art, science articles and others like these; it is wise to read them intensively.

　　三年的英語特長(zhǎng)，讓我很好地掌握了方法，我準(zhǔn)備在初中好好的發(fā)揮一下我的特長(zhǎng)。學(xué)英語嘛，其實(shí)也不難，當(dāng)然不靠死記硬背，要靈活運(yùn)用。課文是輔助你學(xué)習(xí)那個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的，但里面那學(xué)常見的語法也是要牢記滴。

　　首先，那當(dāng)然是單詞啦，單詞量是最重要的，沒一個(gè)單詞就像我們的每一個(gè)漢字與詞語一樣（我說的沒錯(cuò)吧..）記單詞首先可以看讀音，大部分都能跟著讀音順下來，但那要看每個(gè)字母是發(fā)什么音,字母本身的讀音叫做字母音，但在單詞中，有的字母不發(fā)字母音，如：c,在e/i/y前讀/s/,其余情況下讀 /k/。（不舉太多例子了）。每當(dāng)在單詞中遇見這種的情況，都要熬牢記住它的'發(fā)音，這樣十分有助于看音標(biāo)寫單詞。還有一個(gè)方法，對(duì)勞記單詞很有效，就是玩單詞接龍（不包括詞組），和成語接龍的規(guī)則一樣，接的越多，記得越多。可以試試哦！我就是為了幫我們組贏，把二十四個(gè)字母在我小霸王電腦上能查到的（不包括詞組）都記了個(gè)遍呢！

　　接著就是朗讀，跟著磁帶讀，可以先聽一遍，熟悉一下它的速度。外國(guó)人說英語的速度很快，而說中文就很慢，常常讓人聽著十分著急。我們也一樣，所以，跟讀的作用就體現(xiàn)在這里了。背誦，我覺得不如看漢譯翻譯英語好，既練了速度，又加深了印象。

　　最后就是語法的掌握，英文句子和漢譯有時(shí)恰恰相反，例如：我媽媽帶著一頂白色帽子你多大了？（若翻譯成“怎么老是你”那可......）當(dāng)然正確的使用是關(guān)鍵，要多留意的特征，找相關(guān)的句子和例子可以幫助記憶和理解哦。
