星期六的時候，我很早就起床了，因為我要看浙江電視臺少兒頻道的安全教育節(jié)目。早上8：10分左右開始的。第一部分是當發(fā)生地震時我們應該如何避險；第二部分是當火災發(fā)生時我們應該怎樣正確逃生；第三部分是在馬路上行走時應該注意哪些問題；第四部分是我們不應該到哪些地方去游泳，當有人發(fā)生溺水時我們應該如何營救；第五部分是其他一些校園安全防范常識。我以為是八點半開始的，所以我起晚了一點，當我打開電視開始看的`時候，我不知道放了到哪個部分了，所以我就一邊看電視一邊看通知單。
看完電視我知道了當發(fā)生地震的時候如果我們在校園里的話，我們得趴在桌底下，不要動，保護好自己的頭，要閉上眼睛。如果在家里發(fā)生地震的話，我們得拿上枕頭在某個角落蹲著，把枕頭放在頭了，閉上眼睛。
當發(fā)生火災的時候，我們得象以前演習那樣如果在學校我們得用袖子捂住口鼻。排好隊跑到操場上，之后再迅速離開學校。如果在家里發(fā)生的話，我們得用濕毛巾捂住口鼻，直接下樓，不能乘坐電梯，不然會困在那里。
我還知道了怎么過馬路和其他的安全知識，我覺得這些知識對我們非常有幫助，我牢牢的記在心里。
