As the winter vacation is so long for me this year, I have nothing to do, so I decide to make a trip to Beihai before the Spring Festival. I have been to Beihai once, it was the first time for me to see the beach, I felt so excited at that time and I told myself to come there again. I carry out my plan this year, but in different mood.
今年，寒假對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)是如此的長(zhǎng)，我沒(méi)有事情可以做，因此我決定在春節(jié)前到北海旅游。我曾近去過(guò)北海，那是我第一次看到海灘，那是我很興奮，告訴自己我會(huì)再去那里的。我今年就實(shí)行了這個(gè)計(jì)劃，但是這次的心情卻不一樣。Since the last time I came to Beihai and saw the beautiful beach, I miss the seashore all the time. This year, besides watching the sea, I want to see the sunrise. I went to the silver beach, I sat under the trees, the breeze came across me and I just watched people walk on the beach. It was such a beautiful picture and I was enjoying it.
自從我上次來(lái)到北海，看到了美麗的海灘，我一直都想念海岸。今年，除了看海，我還想要看日出。我走到銀灘，坐在樹(shù)底下，微風(fēng)吹過(guò)我的臉，我看著人們?cè)诤┥蟻?lái)來(lái)往往。這是幅多么美的畫(huà)面啊，我享受著這個(gè)畫(huà)面。I asked my friends to come with me, we rent a tent, sleeping on the beach. I listened to the sound from the sea water, I felt so peaceful. When it almost light, we woke up and sitting at the beach, we talked happily and waiting for the sunrise. Then we saw it, it was so wonderful and beautiful.

Cactuses are used to living in desert. The whole body of a cactus is green. The stalk is oval and there are thorns all over its body. Actually the thorns in their bodies are their leaves. The cactuses have long roots and they take their roots deep into the earth so that they can get the water from deeper soil.
仙人掌生長(zhǎng)在沙漠之中。一顆仙人掌的全身上下都是綠色的。莖呈橢圓狀，全身上下布滿(mǎn)了刺。它們身上的'這些刺事實(shí)上是它們的葉子。葉子長(zhǎng)成這樣的唯一原因是為了防止身體中的水分蒸發(fā)到又干又熱的空氣中去。仙人掌的根很長(zhǎng)，它們的根深深地插入土壤之中，以便從更深的土壤中獲取水分
Their flowers are always small and white.Although they are ignored in the desert, they never give up coming out and always decorate the desert silently.

Optimismal ways leads to happiness ,health and success while pessimism ,by contrast ,results in hopelessness ,sickness and failure .That's because optimists and pessimists deal with the same challenges and disappointments in very different ways .When things go wrong ,the pessimist tends to blame himself ,while the optimist looks for loopholes .The optimist feels in control of hisovallife .If things are going badly ,he acts quickly ,looking for solutions ,forming a new plan of action ,and seeking for advice .On the contrary ,the pessimist yields to the arrangement of fate and moves slowly .He doesn't seek advice ,since he assumes nothing can be done.
Most people are amix of optimis mand pessimism .Optimism is important in all aspect so for lives .If you can change your mind from pessimism to optimism ,you can change your life.
